The Education Department is tasked with creating a love of learning at the spiritual level for people of all ages within the circle of the church. The first line of instruction is the Sabbath school, where faith in Jesus Christ as revealed in the sacred word is taught from babyhood through adulthood. The department at the General conference level encourages the development of home school education, primary schools, secondary schools, missionary schools, and specialized training, especially in health and healing. There are opportunities for teachers and helpers at all different levels.

And in the American Union, those who wish to home school their children will find practical help, while those who wish to contribute to the advancement of Christian education can call and learn about where their financial gifts will be multiplied.
