The Canvassing Department trains and assists people who wish to go door-to-door to spread the gospel as a heart mission. The department is ready to supply encouragement and training to those who wish to volunteer in this most basic missionary ministry. In conjunction with the Publishing Department, the canvassers serve to spread the printed word with different types of literature. It is a spiritual art under the Holy Spirit and a special calling to meet strangers and reach their hearts and minds with the gospel.

Those who do this work have a very special connection with Heaven, for they are guided by the Spirit and protected by the hosts of heaven. Many a soul can say, “I was lost, but God sent you to me. You have given me the amazing hope of eternal life.”
